Tonight I went over to Kostya's house and we (mostly him) rebuilt the carbs. I'm excited to get this engine together. :dance:

this evening i got the engine up on the stand, got the bumper and rear apron off. Gas tank is back in. I'm getting excited :thumbs:

heres some pics from today just a reminder that flex plate bolts are torqued at 18 and not 80 lol I am glad to see that it was atleast stabbed now we just have to round up some bolts and go from there

HUGE Thank you to Ethan, Chris (Cajun Eskimo), Doug, and Wayne (69vdubr). Thanks guys, I am very grateful. It should be noted that Ethan is a whiz at glass installation. "You gotta slap it" :)

After Ethan, Doug, and Chris left, Wayne came over and we got the support bar bolted down to the frame. We're good! Now I need to tighten up the bolts to the tranny, and run the accelorator cable and fuel lines. I also need to install the carbs and sync them.

I'm very excited. Thanks again!! :mrgreen:
