Robert is a certified welder, his metal and fab. skills are amazing. I want to thank those of you who helped us tape his truck for primer Saturday. He said to say thanks. I owe Robert and his dad big time for letting me use their shop equiptment, and the hands on help with the Woodwagen.

Thanks alot for all the help over the phone Brian. The tranny is right. He's going to need torsion bars though. The ones in it are as stiff as can be. Must be more Baja stuff.

Stiff ones are okay for fast street cars, he could probably run 28 mm with good shocks.

That makes sense, what kind of shocks? On my drag car I used Competition engineering 50/50 in the back, and 90/10 front. Are those used on VWs?
