Powered bear claws are in and connected to inside door pulls. Can be opened with either the inside pulls or push button remote.

and powered safety pins with manual overide just in case it should be involved in an accident and the door wants to get peeled away and the bear claws give up the farm, the powered 1/4" stainless rods that run through the doors from the cowl area are supposed to keep the door from peeling away to keep ur behind in the car to take away the suicide in suicide doors!

Nice attention to detail, this is much better than that grey hackjob oval chop running around Houston.

I hope it turns out nice. The body shop it was going to has backed out on me due to the main body man parting company with the paint shop unexpected throwing them behind! I have a few leads in San Antonio, unless Eric has some time and space for a poor boy project! Hint Hint Hint!!! I can wait and have it worked on between jobs for a fair price, not looking for cheap or free but a good job for a fair price!!!! Eric you intrested or know someone in the area you can refer me to that has VW love and experience like yourself? I am going to drive it so base coat clear coat is what I am looking for. PM me if anyone has some leads for me. I will be in the H-Town area this weekend.

Bobby, great progress on the Chop! Loving the suicide doors... sure does make it tough looking with the door perched open.

Now that your done with Neil's talents, I'm NEXT!
