I played around with poster board tonight in the engine bay. Its going to be difficult! The height difference between the engine and the original package tray is almost 8 inches.

The sheet metal work looks great. If you need anything custom made let me know. I have a break, e-wheel, etc.

Thanks. Do you have any ideas how to make the c-channel for the engine/body seal?

I've got a few sheet metal tools. I wish I had a bigger brake, mine is only 30".

I measured the one I have which is stock and the measurment between the head tins is 28 inches
and the measurment of the valve covers sticks out an extra inch which would make it 30 inches

From today. How I get fresh air to cool and feed the engine. The sheet metal screws are temporary. Once everything is constructed I'm going spot weld everything.

Looks good. So are those going to open to the fender wells, or where is the air going to come from?
