I ordered it from here: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/ ... ?id=640835

The guy is really cool. The proceeds are going toward a club build.

It was at least cool enough to work out in the garage this weekend. So while my daughter was taking her nap I was able to finish welding in the rust replacements. Got those ground down too. Just have to fix the front beam nuts, fab up a custom pedal mount and fit my gas line in the tunnel. Once that is done, hopefully it will be cool enough to coat the pan. I also started to cut out one of the engine shelves. Once those are cut out and fit, then the body will be ready for the media blasters

Since I didnt have my daughter this weekend, it was either Nascar or working on my car. My car won out. Not much to show but here you go anyways:

Cut another hole in the tunnel to help with guide a new gas line.(havent intalled it yet)

Mocked in the rhd pedals and engine shelves:

Did a few other odds and ends like drill hole for the brake line on the right side and cut a hole in the pan for the gas line in the back. Have to do some custom fab work and welding on the pan to finish that up.

Yeah it bolts to both sides. On what used to be the driverside it bolts to where the pedals used to go, and on what used to be the pass. side it has two bolts that bolt to the floor( you can see those in the pic).

I think the rhd is really cool. I don't think I'd ever get used to shifting with my left hand though  Great work, I'm glad to see you making progress
