I would love to, but the wife drove her just a couple of miles yesterday and as soon as she got warm, she quit idling. Not to mention that I still need to finish hooking up the lights, turn signals, and horn and getting her inspected. I do not think I'll make the night show, and I am bummed.

Yes! I had a 1969 Bug some 20 years ago that was lowered. So this one will get lowered and disc brakes as well, sooner or later...
