Small update:

Chuck, Kostya, Andrey, and myself worked on it for about 3-4 hours last night. We got all the welding finished including putting the bulkheads under the rear seats and finishing up the welding on the drivers side pan, we also drilled out the hinge screws we had to cut to get the doors off. Basically now the car just needs to be re-assembled, shouldn't be any big deal to finish her up on Saturday. 8-)
