Yup. Sucks because I talked to the owner of the car the day before and he told me he was unavailable for the day after.

Tomorrow night (thursday) I'm pretty busy, sorry man. Why don't you bring it over on Saturday afternoon before the HAC GTG and we can tune her up then?

OKOK... Lets just say that now I am hoping that Ill be able to make it this saturday... I was out going for a little drive today and I noticed that I was having trouble getting my bug in gear and the clutch was not retracting all of the way.. So I just figured that the Heavy duty pressure plate just stretched the cable so I adjusted it and all was well until I got 2 blocks down the road and it happened again.. I got back to the garage again and pumped the clutch and all of a sudden it hit the floor.. I tried to pull the pedal back and i heard a clink in the channel.. Sounds like the hook broke.. So I need to replace it soon to make it this saturday... What is the difficulty on the process???

Its not too bad, basically you just take the large wing nut off the end of the clutch cable on the transmission side, remove the pedal assembly, then feed your new cable in from the pedal side and put it back together. Sorry for your trouble man...
