Just dropped off the block to Kermit and I asked if he would give the block a good look over before he align bore and cut the thrust face. Should have it ready for me to pick-up by this Tuesday.

even though I am getting beat up on some utility issues associated with the FM 1314 road project, my mood is being kept elevated by the thought of my CIP1 package(s) should be on my doorstep when I get home this evening. It the first large, mailorder parts order for the Ghia project!

I took the block back to KAR and had them align bore and thrust cut the case. So all I have to do is perform a thorough cleaning and assemble the engine with the parts I get in today.
