i just use a wire wheel...you will not take the metal off as long as you dont leave it in one spot forever...ive never had a problem.. i bought one for my cordless drill

Also pick up a pair of safety goggles. Those wire wheels can throw off some mean little shards :thumbs:

I got to do some work today!!!
I tackled the case and prepping it for reassembly. It might not look like a lot but it was very rewarding to me...

Original condition (after oven cleaner and 'other' chemical cleaning methods)
