I read an ad on craigslist on my phone tuesday, a guy had a type one with an 8" narrowed beam I am guessing he had zero turning radius

Would there be something at that point wearing it down to the point of fatigue or possibly a kink in the run/cable?

you sure those shock towers are going to clear the body? My Franklin 4" beam has a jog in the shock towers to clear the body...
