Yeah that did take a lot of work. I could have done it faster, but it just didnt look right.

Well I was able to finish up the front apron today :P I ground down the weld and have found 3 pinholes that I have to take care of, but that should go pretty quickly. I also fit the hood release tube and that lines up like a champ. I ran out of time to weld up the pin holes and tube, but I hope to have that done Tue. night since I have church group meeting on Monday nights. I will try to post up pics after that is done. For now here a few quick shots of the apron welded in and welds ground down.

The hood tube is still needing to be welded in, but I wanted to weld in the dash first so if there was
any warping it would affect either the tube or the surrounding metal.

Here is one of the dash fitted up getting ready for welding:
