Did I understand correctly .. the Courtneys brakes don't work?

very strange I got in it today to work on it and they were perfect so I really dont understand what the deal was. I drove it a couple of weeks ago and it had no peddle. today I drove it and it had a full peddle hard as a rock. Ryan and Paul drove it as well and it did ok for them.

Maybe a flaky master cylinder , I had one once that always thinking I needed to bleed the brakes .... turned out to be bad MC
