I saw that .. I thought it strange he was selling the wheels and the car ... I think it was on the Samba. Why would he sell those and buy new set to sell the car?

I found it on craigslist. He was gonna buy come stock chromies for it. He said he really wants a Ghia. He was asking like 6900ish for the super.

Got the new rims and tires put on this morning. Took her out for a spin. The fatter tires make it ride so much better. It's got a little shimmy in it at about 45. It stops about 50. Maybe a balance issue. I'll have to figure it out. Also pics of all the rear windows resealed.

Bo hooked me up with a carburetor the other day and I picked up a rebuild kit from the Kaferhaus in Seabrook this morning. This was my first time tearing into a VW carburetor but it was easy and I enjoyed the process. Got her all put back together and installed it. It runs real nice after I adjusted it. Thanks Bo!
