I prefer the nylon style push rod tubes. If you use those don't forget that they take 3 push rod seals per tube. There is also a big washer that goes on the end of the spring. They go, seal, skinny half, spring, washer, seal, larger half, seal. If that makes sense. Also, don't forget to put the skinny side towards the head. :beer:

I may not have the seals (assuming the seals are different from the stock style) or the washers. So I may have to hold off on the spring type on this motor.

Thought I would post something since I haven't in awhile.

I got to work on the Ghia motor tonight.

I decided to not use the heads with the cracks in the sparkplug holes. So I picked up some rebuilt stock heads from the Classic and installed them along with the rocker assemblies.

I still need to media blast the valve covers, rebuild and install the fuel pump, install engine tin, and then rebuild the Kads and install.
