After talking with pauter machine shop for almost an hour - I can not tell you how atimate he was about not using these lifters- because of how many times he seen them chew up a cam.. So right or wrong.. easy enough to take his advise and stay away.


Tommie I missed something .. Pauter said to use what lifters ... the solid or old?

I started cleaning up the block and so far it looks good. the cylinders have these on them :
MMG 15005
11 L 05C

and the piston say
Mahl Ind Brasil
G8011

if that means anything good let me know

Those look like cast ones, but they should work fine on a stock motor. Just balance them and throw those bitches on there.
