Thanks Paul lol. I followed the outline of rust. I was trying to keep as much good metal there to work with as poss. I will go back through and clean it up ;)

Yeah Jeff, it appears that way. I think that the bus was tilted to the right since all the rust seems to be on that side :|

Whew finally got some progress done on the bus. Huge thank you to Mano for comeing out and helping get this thing done. Enough talk now for pics.

Mano welding in part of the frame support

First part welded in

Then made a template and Mano useing the torch to speed things along

While Mano was welding up the other side, I cut out the other frame box. Here is the finished frame box

Now that the frame is reinforced, cut out the center

Welded in 3" pipe and 1 and half flat steel to finish off the beam raise.

Next is to make up the new side plates for the beam and start rockin on that, and finish up the steering box raise :dance:
