Thanks guys, the tires I'm prob gonna get are hankook ra08. They are pretty much THE tires to get for a bus as per size/load rating ect.

Well, my computer is still busted so no
Pics, but good news. I've put about 175 miles on her so far without a single hiccup or a single drop of oil! This is the first motor I've had that doesn't leak at all... anywhere.
I'm getting more confident and took some trails some offroader guys use and it was bad ass. The bus crawls up hills like a champ. One guy was trying to go straight up this hill with his truck and the tires were slipping ect. I pulled the bus up and just about idled up in first. The truck guys were surprised to say the least.

Sorry for the rant, I've got tons of cool pics, I'll get them up asap

that sounds awesome. A picture of the bus at the top of the hill and the trucks at the bottom would be hilarious.

Shit I'm gonna exploit this thing as much as possible. My buddy works for Honeywell on the Orion project so I'm just waiting for him to work his majic. Oh and if you want I'll bring the bus by and we can convince your wife it's what she needs.

Well today myself and keifernet (keith) played with the bus. It has felt like it had more power than it was putting down so we were trouble shooting and realized the accelerated cable was only giving me like quarter throttle! We fixed that and I decided to take her up the street for a road test.....
53 in a 30. Speeding ticket in a 69 vw westfalia.
At least I know for a fact I have more power, it's on paper!!

Anyone up for a cruise later tonite?
