Any complete is a lot of work, this one is better than most though. The floors make it tough, last time it was painted they blasted and fiber glassed the floors on the inside. That kind of fix will work, but its not a quality job. When you put a light under the bus, you see pin holes everywhere though the fiberglass. Replacing it all is the way to go.

In my opinion fiberglass only temporarily mask the inevitable: Yo shit falling apart, unless it's a vette or a boat, it needs to stay on the shelf!

We have the front floor pan ready to weld in. Those "funky green panels" fit nice. No trimming at all, they needed some gentle persuasion with a port-o-power in the front. They're a nice tight fit, ready to weld in the morning.

We removed a small section of the heater tube, the 90 elbow, in order to slide the complete panel in. it only had a few small spot weld holding it on, so it came off clean. It will be easy to weld right back on.

The front is welded in. The cargo floor is cut out...wow almost 18 hours to cut all the old floor out.
