The tar board on the old floorpans were easy...they were only hanging on to rust. Tar board on the tunnel was a pain in the a$$! I actually sharpened the flat end of an old pry bar, and used that with a small dead blow hammer to chisel long strips off the tunnel at a time. Worked pretty well. Any small left over bits and pieces came off when the knotted wire wheel hit it.
