Got alot done yesterday. Installed the headlights, turn signals, tail lights, reverse lights. I also got rid of alot of surface rust in the window 'channels'. I painted rustolium over the bare metal. I've never used body filler, I get to learn now, woo hoo :roll: . (I'm not restoring the thing, just trying to get it on the road.

I also install the door and window hardware on the driver's door.

Next step, Kill Hippy Graphics.

Today was great. Killed the hippy sun on the front. It's now white with a silver VW logo. Next, the passenger door. In the window channel there are a few rust holes. Yesterday I grinded them down and today I bondo'd them. Pretty soon I'll stick the windows back in this hog. 8-)
