Hey Paul, remember when you were out here last and I mentioned: wouldnt it be cool to have an adjustable rear torsion,and you and Mano looked at me like I was crazy, well someone beat me to it apparently :shock:

I dont see how that works. If you look at the rest of the pics, he has that tack welded in. That would leave no adjustablity. I also dont see any thing that would float in there to give it adjustablity. Lastly it appears that his trans mount is welded to it too, so I just dont see it being adjustable. :help:

The only way that could work is if he has a splined torsion holder in the middle of what he has fab. and uses adj screws on the outside. I sure as heck would not trust that unless that is some thick material in there. I think that his adj. comes from his spring plates from what I see.

Nah. I wish he did. Been out of the business for about 10 years now. I did manage to score a sweet metal Atlas sign for my garage. Those were good times. We lived next door to my grandpa when I was growing up and we had a gas pump in front of his house that we got gas from until I was about 18. cant beat free gas. I still have some Esso, Enco, Exxon and Atlas memorabilia around the house.
