Got some grinding and welding done last night. I made up some seat brackets and drilled mounting holes for the seats and gas tank. I hope to do some painting tonight.

I got some work done on the rail tonight. I was able to get the pedal assembly mounted. I also welded on some tabs for headlights, flood lights and tail lights. I mounted the transmission in order to see where the mount for the bowden tube needs to be. Still quite a few things to do but it is moving along nicely.

Picked up a key component to the sand rail tonight. I got me a deal on a 1641. Has big valve heads, mild cam, 8 dowel crank and flywheel, merged exhaust and so on. Should be a nice engine for the rail. I will get some better pictures of it when I get the chance.
