That is the plan. I am not sure what color blue it is. Unfortunately it is a respray. :( Still pretty cool looking.

I have had a weird last couple of days. I am finally going to get back on the project. I am going to pull the engine tonight and install the 1641. Should have it going by the weekend. :D

I worked on the bug last night. I didn't make much progress. I pulled the engine and got the engine bay ready to install the new engine. When I went to put in the engine it wouldn't go! :furious: I think that there was a slight difference in the stock flywheel vs. the lightened one I am using now and it was hitting the inside of the bell housing. I am going to mess with it more tonight.

6V Maybe: if the car was never converted to 12 you will have to clearance the bellhousing on the tranny.

I think the car is 12V with a late model DP in it. Maybe the lightened flywheel that's on the 1641 is slightly different. Nothing a little grinding won't fix.
