Meredith and I found this weekly car show by accident last week, so we decided to take the bug up there this week. It's about 2-3 miles up the street from our house. It was bigger last week, but still a decent turnout. There were some pretty sweet cars out there.

Yeah, that was the bus that Chip Foose built.

There wasn't really much of a vw crowd there, there were two other VW's: the 65 in front of me and that buggy thing. The guy with the 65 was nice, we talked quite a bit. Last week there was a guy with a manx-style buggy out there that ran loooooow 12. Hopefully he'll be back some time, he was cool too.

So how was the Foose bus up close? I've always wanted to see one of those show projects up close... Hard to believe they can get all that work done in such a short time.

It's a nice bus, no doubt about it. I don't really care for some of what he did to it personally, but there is no denying its nice
