Did a pre-fit of the bed sides. Where the hinges are located, the metal is torn and weak, causing the panels to be misaligned. After cutting and replacing the old metal, the panels all fit nice. The bed is welded out and ground down, ready for epoxy primer and body work. That starts tomorrow 8-)

lol, Doug, there is ALOT of work left before it's ready for paint. I'm just getting ready to start the body filler, priming and blocking sessions :help: Keep in mind almost every inch of this thing will be skim coated with filler and sprayed with spray filler too!! During that process it's seems like there is no end. Especially when this one will have to be super straight, and slick. I'll get to know the body of this bus really well before it's done :oops: lol.
