dont try an easy out just drill it all the way and clean up the threads

I did drill it out but it was not perfectly centered. Doesnt really matter, I think my metric taps are locked up in Cousin It's garage and he is at the river.

I think Billy has the right size tap it should be the same size as what he bought for the adjusters but if not you can get one at wholesale tools on pinemont for pretty reasonable price

yea I would have as well.
especially since I had so many problems with my heater channels not lining up exactly with the front frame head mounts
