I saved the box though so i could take the old one back. It may have just been defective. I plan on dropping the rear fenders off at Jason's house tomorrow after work. maybe we can meet off of 105. Let me know.

Thanks Ethan, just give me a call. I believe James has the same one I have and his did the same thing after a few holes.

IMO I think you would be better off drilling holes for the pan. The holes that it makes are to small. It is perfeft if you are spot welding sheet metal but when you are welding to the tunnel the small holes will fill before you have a chance to burn into the tunnel.

I agree, we used the same one on my pans and that is what happened.
