New toy. I haven't even finished the first one.

Guy came by the house and said he had seen the notch in the past and needed to sell this single cab. It has some, ok, alot of rust. Floors, rockers, outriggers, front cross member, small section in the treasure chest. I'm going to fix the rust, epoxy primer it, leave it stock height with some all-terain tires, and use it as a truck.

My titan was in a accident a few months ago. Expedition rear ended me and bent the frame and the insurance company totalled it out. I got a camaroSS and we needed a truck, so this this worked out well.

Last two days I've sanded the entire cab down to bare metal. Cut out the rust, replaced some. Coated everything in jasco. I need to finish the metal work, then spray it with epoxy primer.

Yesterday I removed the side gates, tail gate and both doors using my new tool.

Has anyone had success with the harbor freight stud welder?

Hey I'm really sorry about the metal break thing. I saw your private message yesterday you left months ago. My box was full and it didn't show up until I deleted some older messages. I'm sure you have moved on, but if you need to use the break let me know.
