Wow that Wagenswest stuff is really nice!! I can't wait to put it together on the DC. Does he supply the master cylinder? Which one should we run with the four wheel disc brakes? Just picture it with polished stainless lines and fittings

I'd run some wheels like the ones on this trailer. The brakes would look good behind them. of course that's my custom/street rod taste coming out

Sounds good. Matt is finishing up the body work on the bed floor tomorrow. The bus will be flipped on it's side ready for us Saturday  I guess we can do the steering box raise, is 1.5" the amount we need to go on it?

I need to take some more pics tomorrow. here's some from last week.

I looked at Nate's original description of my 55 23 window. He raised it 1 3/8" and used the master cylinder from a 71-79 Bay Window Bus. Here's a picture I found of what he did.

I noticed the cuts in the frame are at an angle. That would move the location of the box Back too??

When its cut like that it will move it back. Some trigonometry can tell ya how far. The mounting points were moved up AND back. If I were to guess....it was moved 1/2" back. Why it was moved back, I don't know.

Here's an idea, 17" probably too big for the fender wells on a bus. Cool wheels though
