Its been awhile since I have been able to update this. The passenger side had some damage that I wasnt happy about. I was luck enough to find a replacement panel at a show for a good deal.
Here is what I started with(it doesnt look bad, but its actually pushed in an inch and the fender well is also crumpled:

New panel:

Cut out a "small" section to see just how far I was going to have to take it:

After all is said, I am going to replace the whole wheel arch, and panel from the cargo door back. The replacement panel is 99% trimmed up. I have quite a few spot welds left to drill out on the body before its ready for the replacement panel. I want to get the suspension done first so I have easier access to it while I have the wheel arch out of the way. Mano should be coming out next weekend to get the new side plates finished up. Depending on how the bushing fit in the tubes, maybe even get those tacked in and welded. More updates as they come.

Just got these in the mail today for the bus. The deal was just too good to pass up. Not my first choice, and I am not even sure if the offset will work, but hey....
