Thanks Brian, I hope so too. I do believe they will, if not that just means I will have to get another project to put them on

Here is some pics of the the stuff I am still cutting out. Just about done with it. I still want to get the rear suspension finished up before I finally cut this out. I was hopeing to have the front beam done this weekend, but the belt broke on the lathe so, no parts back yet.

I will tackle the battery tray as long as I have good access :hillbilly:

Since I am doing the IRS conversion, I need to narrow the rear torsion houseing 3" total, so 1.5" each side for it to be correct. If I didnt it will still work, but I would wear out my CV's pretty fast. So here goes narrowing one side the 1.5". Just have to have it final welded in, and then tackle the other side. :dance:

What it looks like stock:

Cut off:

Need to cut off 1.5" of collar to expose the inner part which is a press in fit. First have to drill out the large spot welds:

Cut just through the outer coller to get to the inner:

Hammered back in and ready for final weld:

What is next is to cut the torsions down to size, but that may take some time. Pics when they are avali. :thumbs:

With the long weekend I was able to get some more work done. I have been fighting a head cold, so its been tough cutting things upside down. A list of what was done, with some pics.
1. Other torsion houseing was cut, and now ready to be pounded in.
2. Torsion bars cut and ready to go.
3. Old battery tray cut out and new one fitted. Will weld that in once the panel is back on the side.
4. More of the panel cut out of the way. Want to finish up the rear supspension before that is welded in.
5. Started to do some metal work, as well as making an outline of what I need to do for the drivers side wheel arch.

Hope to have the front beam tubes back this week. There has been an issue with the lathe belt, so that has put a stop to that for the time being. Also should have the drivers side wheel arch cleaned up and new metal fit as well this coming weekend if all goes well.
