Is this to much carb. for a stock 1600?

yea I think its alittle big for a 1600. better for like a 1776 or bigger.

I think it maybe time to replace the PIC 34-3, I looks like it's leaking out of the dime size freeze plug in front.

Pretty much any carb can run on any motor, it just has to be jetted properly. Hell, people have put 48 IDAs on 1600 before...
