Kyle came by last night and lent a hand. We weren't getting any fuel from the stamped top fuel pump, so I went ahead and rebuild the Brosol fuel pump I had soaking in the parts washer. With the pump working we were able to get her to fire, but she is throwing up gas out the top of the carb. BTW I am running a freshly rebuilt H30/31. Any ideas what is causing the fuel to shoot out the top?

could be a bad float, a stuck float, or a bad needle and seat valve

I just read that it may be a good idea to take the top off of the carb and measure how much fuel is in the bowl and if its too much, put in the thicker float valve washer.
