Well was finally able to get crackin on the ragtop.

First had to position it:

Next outlined it:

Then the scary part(you can see how wavy the roof was and how much bondo was on there):

Had to trim and fit the clip. Also punched holes for the plug welds:

Positioned and clamped in with my hijacked clamps:

Then welded in:

Currently grinding down the welds. Once that is done I will post up pics of that for the finished product. Also have to drill out the holes for the rear bow(can see the marks in the very last pic). So far everything is fitting really well and all my measurments are right were they should be. :dance:

I know of 3 ways to graft them in depending on how much roof you have. The way I did it is the easiest way in my opinion. It is slightly incorrect since mine will sit 1.5mm lower than stock. I can live with that :thumbs:

Almost done with the grinding of the welds. About 20 more plug welds and then I done. It was just getting too late to grind (dont want to tick off the neighbors). Also started measuring up the next item of business.
