Well we got the new pressure plate in, having to clearance the bell housing just a tad. It goes into gear much smoother now, but the clutch does feel a little different now.

It sounds like your old PP was all jacked up, it had probably been going out for a while...

New Bosch Blue coil is going in this afternoon, so hopefully that'll fix the problem.

Fredericksburg, here we come!

The new coil got the car running again, but it's hiccuping still. A part of the ignition seems to be the culprit. Looks like the only thing left to do is to swap back in the points and condenser and see what happens. Sometimes when letting the car idle, it'll just die, as if turning the key off.

Here are the new parts:

- Compufire
- Bosch wires
- New NGK plugs
- Cap and rotor (in good condition)
- New ignition wire from fuse box

Replace the compufire with points, and see what happens.
