On the pedal assembly, clutch shaft. It looks to me that the hook end seems a bit worn to where there material section is thin. Does this shaft look okay or should I replace it? The shaft seems okay.

I'd replace it, it's getting pretty thin. It's not an expensive piece either.

Where is a good source? I checked with Wolfsburg and they are not carrying this piece anymore.

Weld it shut, the grind smooth.... It couldnt take more than 30 min to do that...

Anyone have pictures of a mid to late '60's, three point, seat belt mounting points in a Bug? I am having my body guy weld in secure mounting points in Kbug's 61.
