Well... I was out in Phoenix last week picking up the 67 and stumbled on a Very Nice 58 Capri Blue ragtop that was owned by a "former" DLK member named Dwayne (He and his dad were VERY nice). Needless to say this car is very nice as all the metal work was done by Matt and the crew at Deluxe Customs. Everything is pretty much there to put this thing back together and most of it has already been reconditioned. All the numbers match on this car! I have NO idea what I'm going to do with it, I just couldn't pass on it when I saw it in person. My first inclination is to make it a stocker like my dads??? It currently has a Franklin 4" narrowed beam under it with a Built Tranny. He gave me all the original stuff to take it back if I wanted to also  I'll take better pictures tomorrow when I get back over to the shop.

Thats an awesome car, just judging by how dwayne has everything perfectly organized and not to mention all the little bits look like they have been properly restored as well, I think its safe to assume this car will be a knockout when its all back together.

Doing a little research on the 58 today and it is a numbers matching car. Looks like the engine, tranny, chassis, and the body were all manufactured in February of 58... Pretty cool  Think I'm going to make her a stocker. My wife is pretty excited also. She hates my lowered cars...

Body and Chassis: 1862939
Engine: 2254557
Tranny: A1598226
