Tools on the way. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to scrub the engine down and start getting it looking better with freeze my fingers off. Also receive from England - stay with me on this - Right hand drive passenger door (left door) lock assembly. Now Kbug will be able to lock the driver's door from the inside - one less worry from momma :D

Oh I forgot - the body guy said they started on the bug. I don't think they got very far along because of the weather. But never the less its been started. Will go over to the shop next week to see what they've done and get some pics.

Went by the body shop today and sure enough the work has started :dance: the nose clip is gone. The next step they will be pulling the body off the pan. Hopefully the weather holds out.

Tore down the carb today - Hands on for Kbug on this one.

Used the Torque Tool today to free up the flywheel gland nut - dang that was easy. Great tool!

A little more done at the body shop. The nose is just tacked on and they assured me that they will be hot and heavy on it this weekend - finishing up the nose and sand blasting the pan.
