Yeppers. Its home and in the garage. Trying to get a car to roll off a trailer with no help, no tie rod ends, and loose ball joints was an adventure! I still need to repack the stuff that didn't sell from the swap meet and empty the truck of all the boxes of parts that came with the Buggy. My driveway looks like a flea market right now.

If things go right, I will have scored a set of much needed dropped spindles....

Mike came over today for a couple minutes to help me get the body behind the garage so I could start the Chassis work. We pulled a tape measure from a couple of different reference points and came to the same conclusion.....

It tweeked! Dammit!

He said he has a tool at the shop which will be a little more scientific as to how much its out. Maybe it can be tweeked to where it needs to be, but I'm not getting my hopes up. I am waiting to hear back from Texas Buggys about the price of one of their chassis. If it is too much of a hassle, I might just part this bitch out.....

Stay tuned for more details as they happen!

I would suggest http://www.hawkeyebuggies.com/ These guys build a great chassis. They are right up the road near Dallas. Call Neil and tell him BRIANB from the Texasmanx club sent you. His is a flat chassis with no tunnel hump to deal with which allows a wider range of seating choices. You also said something about a Berrien Chassis. That is what I have and do recommend it as well. The fiberglass floor overlay is great. Nothing to rust out when it gets wet.
