Non-counterweighted crank? How's the aftermarket for Type 4s?

When I took my stuff in to get balanced they polished up the crank for free(i love a free crank polishing, lol). jake raby has a sweet 71mm cw/h-beam combo for 6 bills that i want for my next build(its going to be a turbo 2056 but thats way down the road) http://www.aircooledtechnology.com/stor ... 380&page=1 he has crank/rod combo's all the way up to 84mm  If I was rich man i would get some 105mm nickies and a 84mm crank :wow:

This build is just a mild 2L, reliable 100-120hp. maybe get 35+mpg too.

look at the clock. if it's date matched to your car, you have an S. N's diddnt have clocks, and if someone added it later, chances are it would be a later clock.

it's definitely a S model, i miss interpeted the data. Its a 311 which is a LHD 1500 S model, interestingly they only made them til 7/65 so its one of the last 1500 S's. 313 would be the same with a sunroof, 315 is a LHD N, and 317 is a N with a slider. Derr Herp herp to me, but it was deliered in Germany, so its a legit euro car.
