Shoulda been free :furious: :furious: That's some Bull Shiat with that screwdriver bit... Guess they don't care as long as the inside looks good. Makes me worried to take my car up there now

That makes me nervous too

Doug, sorry that happened. I'm sure Jeremy and Jason will be able to get it fixed for you.

Yah I'm scared for Jeremy to take his car there now. Why wouldn't they have stopped after the first dent and called you? I'd be pissed and want some of my money back or ALL of my money back. If you didn't know a painter or bodyman it would cost you $500 or more to get that roof fixed and painted.

I just got off the phone with them and both Arjona and his son in law-the installer are refusing to take responsibility for it. Just making excuse after excuse about how it was our fault in how the ragtop was put in. They never would answer the question of why didn't they call us if there was problems. Jason works right there and could have looked at it.

They are supposed to be emailing us pics they took of the incorrect faulty weld that were in the way. He said his tool was pushing the welds and the welds caused the damage.

Still BS. They need to take responsibility. Their website states they pride on customer satisfaction and we aren't satisfied... :furious:

Sorry to see the problems Doug :( . Other than that, your car really looks nice. I am anxious to see the finished product. I would have never guessed that when you started this project that it would have ended up in the direction it has finished. You & Candy have done a great job along with fellow dLk members who have helped along the way!

BTW: If you make it out to New Caney this weekend, i will have your spare tire with me  .

Thanks Ben. I am very happy on the outcome. Just seems to be too many little problems here at the end.
