That is always the case when dealing with a project like restoring a car. Always highs and lows. At the end of the day you guys are going to have something that you can really be proud of  .

Hang in there. I had some rough times along the way with mine. It wore me down pretty hard for a while.

But now, it's just faded memories. Keep pushing... it's worth it. You'll get there. You've got lots of great support close by for sure.

Thanks Ben. I am very happy on the outcome. Just seems to be too many little problems here at the end.

It feels that way becuaseyou see the light at the end of the tunnel and y'all are under the gun to get it done in time to test run and get all the quirks handled before the TX Classic. As they say, its darkest before the light.

It will be all fine in the long run!

Okay so here are the pics sent from Arjonas of the damage inflicting welds. Personally. I don't see a thing of what they are talking about. Looks like the glue they use to me :bs:

And how is it they can stop and take pics but not call us??

Here's the email they sent us:
"Here are the pictures the pictures we took and you can see the welding that was dripped there. we have another vw here and if you want to send your bodyman to see what we are taking about you can."

I am still confused as to how they can stop and take pictures and then continue on with the damage they caused. Common sense should of told them to call! :bs:

That's freak'n crazy. I want to know why they aren't taking responsibility when it went to them with no damage and comes back damaged? Sounds like a peoples court trial time.

Overall the car is looking good
