Brakes were working well enough for me to drive her to work yesterday. However after a couple of close calls along the way and a quick check when I got here, I have minimal/no right front brakes. It bled out okay, no swelling of hose, no kinks in steel line, so I am assuming wheel cylinder is the problem. Gonna order up one of those and a hose to be safe. Also need to finish the resirvoir conversion to use the original.

Wheel cylinder problem? And it bleeds fine? That would mean the cups are frozen....right? Open the cylinder up when you get home. It should be obvious if there is something wrong. Stop by and get my hone if you think you will need it.....

That would be my guess. I got tons of fluid out of that side no problem. But driving yesterday I could hear the right side grabbing ever so slightly. When I got here, the left wheel was warm to the touch, but the right side was cold.

That sux. Are you sure it doesn't just need adjusting? But that would mean a low pedal I think

Pulled right side apart this morning and no leaks. Figured maybe I still have some air so I'll bled again. Spent 3hrs looking for my 7mm wrench. Finally gave up, went and bought another one. Came home, decided to top off reservoir. Went to pull off left wheel and look at what I found  Been around the block a couple dozen times, Niftee50's, to work and it just held on tight I guess
