I think I figured out the timing issue, one of the carbs had a vacuum leak, its running better but one is running really rich. I could use some adjusting if someone wants to come out I will be home tomorrow, the midget strippers should be here by 6:00pm.
I also have two dogs that love peanut butter.

test drive happening tonight, I still have to get the adjustable plates from E so its leaning hard but drives decent enough to work out any bugs that I may find

the passenger side was about 1/2 inch lower than the drivers side and after adjusting several times to level it out I came to the conclusion that it would be easier to install adjustable spring plates.
Ryan adjusted my timing and its running pretty well.
the major problem was the distributor, probably the advance weights not working properly.
I also need to adjust the steering box, its pretty sloppy
