I have a stock arm that has been welded to add more strength if you want it.

It's the arm on the pedal assembly. It's probably a combination of 40+ years of use, and then a heavier clutch.

Mine went out recently too! Just consider your self lucky you don't have an early car, try finding a clutch pedal shaft for one of those! :shock:
