Home safe and sound. The 356 did great out on the open road. About 250 miles ... no troubles... good oil temp... great oil pressure... no oil usage and right at 25mpg.... I'm very happy with that. The new longblock is nice and quiet -- no more of that pesky tapping/knocking. :dance: Now, if I can get that left side carb to act right, she'll be pretty well dialed in.

It's a smoother and quieter ride than you might expect... MUCH quieter than the Double Cab. But it still felt pretty good to climb out of it after 2hrs of driving.

As always, good times hanging out with all of y'all..... :beer:

I didn't take many pics, but I'll post em up a little later.
