a buddy of mine Chris bought this project and has been making progress, the pan is stripped and will have new pans soon and then off to powder coat.
I will post up some pics when he emails me some.

Looks like a solid start. Driver side pan looks great. is he going to do a full pan on the passenger side or weld in the patch on the battery area?

he is replacing the pan but the drivers is in great shape, just a dent that can be straightened out.

It doesn't look all that bad around the battery area, I would just have it sandblasted then powder coated. Those replacement pan half's are crappy thin steel compared to OG pans.

Looking at the pic again, the rear pass section looks fucked. Passenger replacement pan half, powder coating, then call it a day.

the picture is not what it seems, the discolored area is where someone epoxied something down to cover the hole, it could be patched but he wants a new pan
