It's a '63. It would be nice to have a set of YOM plates for the car.....

Made some changes...

I removed the rubber antennas from the pods and put reverse lights in their place. Looks better to me. I strapped one of the antennas on to the axle. Im not sure if I will get reception, but at least I didn't have to mess with it too much. I also need suggestions for a new dash.

What is behind the deck plate? Maybe just go back to fiberglass with a small gauge panel of carbon fiber or grooved aluminum.

It's hacked up fiberglass behind the panel. It would be easier to do an overlay than repair what's behind it.

fiberglass is pretty easy to repair. Any pics of how bad it is?

That swirl pattern would be cool. You could use some dark tinted clear to make it wasier to drive without being blinded. Or Carbon fiber look...

A sheet of CF would clean that whole dash up. I did that on my 914, pretty easy to work with and looked awesome. I wonder if carbonjoe is still doing that stuff, doesn't matter there are tons of sources for it now online.
