OH HECK YES!!! OCTOBER 2,2011 (we are going with first sunday from here on out October)

The art work is already done.. we are going to have a live band again and jump house for the kids

free food... Raffles....Top 20 trophies.. I think this year we may do top 15 peoples choice and then top 5 drivers or people who entered choice..

the swap was huge last year and should be bigger this year..

this was a 105 car strong show last year with 30 days planning.. so this year it should be a monster :)

the weather was more than perfect and the setting is awesome..

WE also are adding a cruise on Saturday night to the famous TOP NOTCH burger joint and the city of cedar park is getting us deals at local hotels for the weekend..

we certainly will start to update the show in the next month or so..

Trying to finish the June bug rally now so once that is over we can dedicate our time to the HARVEST!!

Steve-0 -Wolfsburg west-Empi and now possible CB performance are sponsors along with locals like DAVID CROW and Shawn with Hard Knocks customs..

I hope everyone of the DLK guys can make it out -Heck the way it is set up up I can rope off a full section for the Group and you guys can throw in a DLK award if you wish also!

This year is going to be HUGE!
I have already had alot of people who didnt show last year already confirm they will be there for sure.
Some people are even putting in their request for vacation time now.
The cruise is going to be killer for sure (can you imagine 100 car cruise through Austin!!)
There is a camp site about 12 miles away from the park too for you hard core camper guys.

Oh, and yes, the show is FREE again this year!
Only have to pay for the shirts and plaques if you want one.

free food
free show
free swap
And I think Tommie said free awesomeness too.

we been cruising Düg Büg around like crazy getting her ready for longer road trips.
we estimated out mileage and looks to be getting around 28 mpg
the dug bugs speedo is about 10 miles an hour off at 50 mph and we traveled 200 dug bug miles yesterday and used about 5 gallons of fuel.

well with the smaller tires up front I am not sure what the correct actual miles are, I know @50 mph showing on the speedo the actual speed is about 40mph.
so instead of trying to figure out the actual miles I just call them dug bug miles

@Tommie - that's what i meant by 'sweet!'

@Doug - Yeah I was in the same situation with a freshly rebuilt motor, but when driving to Candi's B-Day Bash, the motor gave out... Ryan thinks it could have been a dropped valve. Now I got to find some time to take a look and fix it. :furious:
